SENATE BILL NO. 234 An Act extending the termination date of                   
the Board of Governors of the Alaska Bar Association was read the

adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3110.             
Senator Duncan objected.

Senators Donley, Taylor, Parnell moved and asked unanimous                     
consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict          
of interest. Objections were heard and Senators Donley, Taylor,
